The first visit starts with the initial consultation, where people are given time to relax, share information and learn about the fantastic ways this therapy can help, discussing the brain and how our reactions can affect our physical and mental health. Every person is treated equally with dignity, respect and confidentiality following (Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists Code of Conduct) A.f.S.H. People are then given a CD / Download to listen to which will help aid a more restful nights sleep.
– FOLLOWING SESSIONS –
Subsequent sessions are based on a lovely mix of psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy each lasting around 60 minutes. The first half of the session is psychotherapy where we discuss positive changes and how this can be moved forward, the second half is where we work on helping to embed peoples goals, actions and positivity into the subconscious mind using Hypnotherapy.
It is a fantastic way in my opinion to spend an hour each week and people say it is so helpful to them raising their happiness, motivation and fitness levels whilst at the same time is so relaxing that they look forward to coming back week after week!
